Pork - Share Deposit
Deposit reserves your whole, half or quarter share of naturally raised pork.
Our pork is $2.90/lb hanging weight, plus processing, see below. We request a deposit to secure your pork, as we only have a few available. The deposit will be deducted from your final total.
The sizes are estimates until we get to butcher but here are some ideas. Each should roughly yield the following meat in your freezer, processed and vacuum sealed (butcher costs included in estimate)
Whole - 150lbs - $600
Half - 75lbs - $300
Quarter - 40lbs - $160
Sampler - 15lbs - $80
Processing works out to around $1.10/lb for everything from chops-sausage-ham-bacon. They have a variety of sausage options to chose from and everything will be custom cut to your liking.
